The second webseries that I just have to share with everyone on this planet is Nothing Much To Do. Now this one, is definitely my favourite webseries so far. I fell in love it with at first episode.
Nothing Much To Do is also a retelling of the classic Much Ado About Nothing by Shakespeare, and let me tell you guys, it's splendid! Everything about it, is just so so well done. It follows a group of friends in New Zealand, Beatrice, the main protagonist, funny, smart and overall a big dork who loves puns, her "nemesis" and old friend Benedick, a british bloke with a love for tea and... mangoes; Bea's cousin the lovely Hero, perfect at almost everything; Claudio, Hero's love interest; Ursula; Pedro and Balthazar, between whom you can sense a little bit of... let's call it tension; and Pedro's brother, John.
This group is absolutely hilarious. My eyes were always glued to the screen and I was constantly giggling and laughing at everything. This is really well done, and the acting blew me away. For such young age (I say young although they're the same age as I am --> logic) their acting skills are amazing amazing amazing.
I stayed up until 3 am watching this and when I went to sleep and woke up again I felt like throwing this show at everyone's face and tell them to watch this just because it's so good and funny. In the end I felt like I knew every character, I got really attached to them and I already miss them deeply.
I just want to thank TheCandleWasters for making this webseries, because my love for it continues to grow. You can find out more about them on their twitter, tumblr, facebook and youtube!
And hey you on the other side of the screen: what are you doing if you still haven't watched it?! Go! Go now and binge watch the whole thing!
I'm going to have to check it out. I'll let you know how it goes....probably stay up all night as well.
