Hey, hello, hi, long time no see, right? Yeah, and that's because I've been in Italy, well, I'm back in Portugal now, but last week I was in Italy. At the Amalfi Coast to be precise. And let me tell you, I knew close to nothing about this place, and from googlin' it, it seemed rather dull, since I'm more used to the northern Italy. So yes, I wasn't thaaat excited about this trip, but I still went because what? Was I going to stay all alone at my house for some weeks and stealing food? Nah. Don't think so. So hm yeah, I'm going to post daily about each day, and today's the first day, which was when I arrived in Sorrento, which was the town I stayed in. To get there, it was really hard. We had to catch a plane to Rome, and then a train from the airport to the train station, and then a train to Naples, and then a really, really crappy train to Sorrento. This last train had a lot of stops and from what I saw, still tired from all the travelling, I felt pretty left down since all of that area around the Vesuvius is really poor.
But Sorrento was just wow, ok. Sorrento is one of the loveliest cities I've ever been to. It's small and regarding roman culture, it's not so important, but the views and the food absolutely make up for it.
We did nothing in the first day, since we were so tired. We just wandered around the city and started to fall in love with it.

That day we went to my favourite restaurant, which name I can't remember now, but I'll definitely add it here when I do, and then we slept and slept and slept to get ready for day 2.
