Guilty Pleasures

Ok, can we just discuss how the term "guilty pleasures" annoys me? Yeah, I know I used to said it a lot, and I bet you do too, but just think about it. If it's a pleasure then you should not feel guilty about it.

You like to hear a certain band that a lot of people hate? Fuck it, listen to it, proclaim your love to it on the internet, scream their name at people's faces, let the world know that you're not ashamed for liking stuff! Does their opinion even matter at all? Nope. Even if they mock you for that, you will come home and still listen to that band or read that book or whatch that tv show that no one likes. I know I would.

Fuck the term guilty pleasures for making us feel like we shouldn't like stuff just because some people think it's stupid. Like whatever you want to, watch whatever show you want to even if it's stupid as hell, listen to that loud music and ignore anyone who says that they can hear it through your headphones, play that game that everyone think it sucks, because in the end of the day the only one who'll do that stuff, is you, not the other people, so feel free to do whatever you want and fuck everyone who tries to tell you otherwise.
